Village of Saunemin Residents
No person shall allow their dog to bark or howl to the inconvenience or discomfort of neighboring residents.
No animal (dogs and cats) may be allowed to run at large upon the streets of the Village of Saunemin. All animals must be confined to their owner’s property and securely leashed or restrained when elsewhere. Any dog, cat, or other animal found upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, parkway, or any unenclosed place, shall be deemed running at large unless such animal is under the control of its master or owner.
Residents can call Animal Control/Livingston County Sheriff (815-844-7171) to report any animal that is not in control by owner.
